Bexhill Sea Angling Club was founded in 1912, and is one of the oldest clubs in Bexhill. We have, in the119 years since, become an important part of many local families and in fact become a very important part of the heritage of the local community.

We have an active membership, both for Boat Fishing and Beach Fishing with a full complement of boats on our allotted beach space, and a waiting list of members wishing to acquire a beach space by the clubhouse.

Over the 100 year club history, we have had several club members being selected to fish for England, in both the Boat section, and the Beach section.

 

We have had one of our members selected to fish in the Home Nations in 2017 held in Wales and the World Championship that was held in Castellona in Spain in 2016, and in 2015 two of the Junior Members went to Ireland to fish for England. In addition, one of the club members holds a British Record, which he has held since 1973.
